Pattern types

There are three types of patterns in our foundry:

• Foam pattern. The foam patterns are used to cast small (Weight less than 500 kg) jaw plates or trail orders;
• Wood pattern. The wood pattern is the major pattern;
• Steel pattern. The steel pattern is used to cast long-term crusher jaw plates.

Pattern fee

Different types of patterns, the fee is also different:

• Foam pattern. It is free.
• Wood pattern. The price is around USD0.6 per kg.
• Steel pattern. The price is based on the jaw plates’ size.
